Yes. We are a remote-first company with team members across India, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Americas. We do not have a mandatory office and do not intend to change that. Occasional in-person team gatherings happen once or twice a year and are voluntary.
Yes. We hire talent in any country where we can contract compliantly — which covers most of the world. We use EOR (Employer of Record) arrangements for markets where we do not have a legal entity. Location has never been a barrier to joining our team.
Typically two to three conversations: a 30-minute intro call, a technical or case-based conversation, and a final call with a founder or senior team member. We do not give multi-day take-home assignments. We respect your time and move quickly — most processes complete within two weeks.
We do work with freelancers and contractors on specific projects — particularly for scraper development, data quality reviews, and content projects. If you are interested in freelance work rather than full-time employment, mention that in your message and we will route you appropriately.
